Copernicus Sentinel-3B GNSS RINEX data available on Open Access Hub - 30 January 2019

Users are informed that, on 30 January 2019, the RINEX Observation files of the Copernicus Sentinel-3B satellites are available on the ESA Data Hub.
Following successful completion of the Copernicus Sentinel-3B Commissioning Phase, the Level 2 (OL_2_LFR and OL_2_LRR) both Near-Real-Time (NRT) and Non-Time-Critical (NTC) production of the Ocean and Land Colour Instrument (OLCI) instrument is being published on the Open Access Hub starting from 24 January 2019.
Starting from Tuesday 22 January 2019, the Copernicus Sentinel-3A SLSTR Near Real Time products will be generated at the SLSTR Land Production Centre and will no longer be generated at the Svalbard Ground Station.
Starting from Tuesday the 15 January 2019, the Copernicus Sentinel-3A OLCI Near Real Products will be generated at the OLCI Land Production Centre and no more at Svalbard Ground Station.
Copernicus Sentinel-3B data unavailability

Due to a Payload Data Ground Segment anomaly which occurred between 5 and 6 January 2019, Copernicus Sentinel-3B OLC, SLSTR and SRAL data related to orbits 3639 and 3642 are missing (sensing time from 05-01-2019T21:59 to 23:40 and from 06-01-2019T03:05 to 04:48).
Copernicus Sentinel-3A and -3B data unavailability

Due to a Payload Data Ground Segment anomaly on 28 December 2018, Copernicus Sentinel-3A NRT/NTC/STC products for orbit 14913 (sensing start time 28-12-2018T12:45 UTC, sensing stop time 28-12-2018T14:25 UTC) are missing.
Following successful completion of the Copernicus Sentinel-3B Commissioning Phase, the Level 1 (OL_1_EFR and OL_1_ERR) both Near-Real-Time (NRT) and Non-Time-Critical (NTC) production of the Ocean and Land Colour Instrument (OLCI) instrument will be published on the Open Access Hub starting from 17 December 2018.
Following successful completion of the Sentinel-3B Commissioning Phase, the L1B and L2 Near-Real-Time (NRT) and L1B, L1A, L1BS and L2 Non-Time-Critical (NTC) and Short-Time-Critical (STC) production of the SAR Radar Altimeter (SRAL) instrument have been published on the Open Access Hub starting from 11 December 2018.

Due to a Payload Data Ground Segment network issue which occurred at the PDGS level on 10 December 2018, the Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3A products starting from sensing time 09-12-2018T23:30:00 UTC to 10-12-2018T06:30:00 UTC are delayed, while Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3B products starting from sensing time 09-12-2018T23:00:00 UTC to 10-12-2018T06:45:00 UTC will be missed.
Copernicus Sentinel-3A obsolete products deletion

As previously announced in the news of 12 November 2018 the obsolete Sentinel-3A SRAL NTC products L1 (SR_1_SRA) and L2 (SR_2_LAN) which overlap those that have since been reprocessed, will be deleted starting from 12 December 2018.
A software upgrade activity is foreseen on the Sentinel-3 Pre-Operations Data Hub today, 10 December 2018 from 13:00 to 16:30 UTC.
Copernicus Sentinel-3B SRAL joins the Open Access Hub

Following the transition of Copernicus Sentinel-3B into operations after a successful Commissioning Phase, the L1B and L2 Near-Real-Time (NRT) and L1B, L1A, L1BS and L2 Non-Time-Critical (NTC) and Short-Time-Critical (STC) production of the SAR Radar Altimeter (SRAL) instrument, will be published on the Open Access Hub starting from 11 December 2018.

Copernicus Sentinel-3A & 3B data unavailability notice

Due to an anomaly occurring at the Svalbard ground station on 1 December 2018, the following Copernicus Sentinel-3A & 3B user products in NRT are missing:
- Sentinel-3A: passes from 14522 to 14524 (from sensing time 2018/12/01 02:29 UTC to 2018/12/01 07:43 UTC)
- Sentinel-3B: passes from 3128 to 3131 (from sensing time 2018/12/01 01:49 UTC to 2018/12/01 08:45 UTC) NTC user products will be available.
Users are informed that publication of Copernicus Sentinel-3A SLSTR NRT products is delayed on the Sentinel-3 PreOps Data Hub from 22 November 2018 at 14:26 UTC.
Copernicus Sentinel-3B data unavailability notice

Due to an anomaly occurred during a Copernicus Sentinel-3B planned spacecraft manoeuvre performed on 22 November at 22:20 UTC all NRT/NTC SLSTR user products could be degraded or missing from sensing time 2018-11-23 00:22 UTC to 2018-11-23 08:53 UTC.
Since the 11 of November 2018, the Copernicus S3 Altimetry data products [STC timeliness] are generated with new POE-F standard orbit products.
Sentinel-3A OLCI publication on S3 Pre-Ops Hub will soon end

Sentinel-3A OLCI products are now nominally published on all of the data hub services, and new products will no longer be made available on the Sentinel-3 Pre-Operational Data Hub as of 19 November 2018.
