Following the Severity 1 Anomaly reported earlier today, we are pleased to announce that the restoration of the Data Hub systems has been successfully completed on 22 May 2017.
Following the release of the latest Sentinel-3 SLSTR Level-1B processing baseline, an error has been detected in the products.
Infrastructure maintenance activities are foreseen on the data hubs both on Wednesday, 10 May and on Thursday, 11 May 2017.
ESA released a further Sentinel-3 SLSTR L1B Processing Baseline on 04 May 2017, that among other improvements has updated the geolocation accuracy of the oblique view.

Dr Marie-Hélène Rio is a scientist from CLS, a subsidiary of the French Space agency CNES. She is responsible for developing and merging new algorithms to exploit Sentinel-3 data.

A maintenance activity is scheduled on 4 May 2017 for updating the software on the data hubs.

We are pleased to publish the second Sentinel Data Access Annual Report. This 2016 report takes up from where the 2015 report left off, and analyses the uptake of Copernicus Sentinel data and the performance of the Sentinel Data Access System during the period 1 December 2015 to 30 November 2016.

Due to Land PDGS system issues, Sentinel-3A L1 and L2 NRT data products starting from dump 5939 acquired on 8 April 2017 at 06:06 UTC are partially missing.
Following the maintenance of 4 April, the self-registration function on the Open Access Hub has not been working properly since 5 April 2017, 14:51 UTC. New registered users might not succeed in logging in to the Open Access Hub even after a successful completion of the registration process.
