From 13 November 2018, Copernicus Sentinel-3A SRAL Level-1 and Level-2 reprocessed data will start to be available through the Open Data Hub and Copernicus Services Data Hub. The reference time periods for the two user products are:

Due to a major issue at the Payload Data Ground Segment on 04 November, Sentinel-3A NRT data related to orbits 14137 to 14139 are missing (sensing time from 02:38 to 07:43). NTC data will be available.

An unavoidable maintenance activity on the core infrastructure hosting the data hub service, involving replacement of switches interconnecting the servers to the rolling archive storage, is scheduled from 13:30 UTC on Monday 5 November to 11:00 UTC on 6 November 2018.

Due to a Sentinel-3A S09 calibration performed during absolute orbit 13555, all L1 and L2 NRT OLC user products from sensing time 09:03 to 09:05 UTC on 24 September 2018 are missing. The related NTC products will be recovered.

While world-class scientists are meeting in the Azores to discuss how satellites have revealed changes in the height of the sea, ice, inland bodies of water and more, the Copernicus Sentinel-3 satellite has new reasons to shine.

Sentinel-3A OLCI data has been re-processed to Processing Baseline 2.23 to provide a homogeneous time series from the start of the Sentinel-3 mission and also to align it with the forthcoming Sentinel-3B OLCI products.

Users are informed that a due to a service maintenance on the Sentinel-3 Pre-Operations Data Hub, the service will not be available from 14:00 UTC on 25 September until 09:30 UTC on 26 September.

Due to a planned spacecraft manoeuvre on Sentinel-3A on 29 August 2018 all NRT/NTC/STC OLCI and SRAL user products could be degraded from sensing time 07:38 to 08:13 UTC. NRT/NTC SLSTR user products could be degraded from sensing time 07:38 to 08:47 UTC.

Open Access Hub users are informed that a maintenance activity is scheduled on 27 and 28 August 2018 for upgrading the DHuS databases and software version on the following access points:

• SciHub
• API Hub

Due to a Sentinel-3A planned spacecraft manoeuvre all NRT/NTC/STC OLCI and SRAL user products could be degraded from sensing time 2018/01/08 08:08 UTC to 2018/01/08 08:22 UTC.

NRT/NTC SLSTR user products could be degraded from sensing time 2018/01/08 08:08 UTC to 2018/01/08 10:27 UTC.

Due to a circulation delay of some mandatory auxiliary data, the production of Sentinel-3 SRAL STC products acquired between 01:29 and 22:30 UTC on 14 July 2018 is delayed and under recovery.
