Copernicus Sentinel-5P CH4 and ALH non time critical (OFFL) data quality degradation from orbit 11620

Due to a ground segment anomaly in the interface with the auxiliary data source for NPP there is a degradation in the Copernicus Sentinel-5P CH4 non time critical (OFFL) data quality.
Due to the anomaly the ALH OFFL data are also affected, the current processing is with an equivalent quality to the NRT processing.
Data from orbit 11620 is impacted.
