ESA is pleased to announce the forthcoming introduction of the Copernicus DEM at 30m resolution for the production of Sentinel-2 images.
The Sentinel-2 Level-1C and Level-2A products featuring this update will tag the new Processing Baseline 05.10.
It is highlighted that products with new processing baseline 05.10 using this finer DEM will ensure continuity with the reprocessed products with PB 05.00 from the Sentinel-2 Collection-1.
The details of the transition will be communicated at a later stage, including the deployment day and the corresponding Sentinel-2A and -2B datatakes of transition.
