To coincide with the move to distribute the Sentinel-2 products as single tile products (as described in this related news), the Sentinel-2A Pre-operational Hub (S-2A PreOps Hub) will be decommissioned from operations on 19 September 2016.

Following this all users may access the nominal access points of the Scientific Data Hub:

• SciHub - with graphical user interface
• API Hub - dedicated to users of scripts and without graphical interface

Both of these hubs contain precisely the same Sentinel-2 data set.

User registration is free and open to all via the interface on the SciHub.

New accounts will be propagated to the API Hub on a regular basis.

Please note that the guest/guest account will not be available on SciHub or API Hub.

All user scripts that reference S-2A PreOps Hub will need to be updated.
