Degraded Sentinels data access performance

Due to a technical issue affecting the Copernicus Data Access Ecosystem https://dataspace.copernicus.eu, access performance to the Sentinels data is degraded since Monday 8th April 15:00.  Access to the Sentinels data via download API and Copernicus Browser is available since 8th April midnight with reduced performances. In addition:  

  •  Data outside Europe older than 1 year is at the moment not accessible.
  •  Data generated after Monday 15:00 is being published at a slower rate, creating several hours delay in access recent data.                   

Data visualisation and other advanced services (e.g. OpenEO, SentineHub) are currently unavailable.   

All efforts are being put in place to restore the nominal performance as soon as possible.
