Data Hub Software Maintenance activities November 2020

A series of maintenance activities are scheduled from 11 to 18 November for updating the data hub software.
The maintenance will affect the different access points according to the following programme:
Wednesday 11 November from 8:30 UTC to 16:30 UTC
- Copernicus Open Access Hub: API Hub access point only
Tuesday 17 November from 8:30 UTC to 16:30 UTC
- Copernicus Open Access Hub SciHub access point only
Wednesday 18 November from 8:30 UTC to 16:30 UTC
During the maintenance window 2 downtimes of approximately 1 hour each could be experienced preventing the end-users from querying and downloading data. The products publication on the catalogue will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the maintenance.
The Collaborative Data Hub - Node-2 and Node-3 and the Sentinel-5P Pre-Operations Data Hub will not be affected by the maintenance.
