Due to a Sentinel-5p Ground Segment issue, there has been a degradation in the quality of the L2 OFFL CH4 and AER_LH products between November 20 and November 26.
Specifically, the orbits affected by the problem are 31620 to 31704 (inclusive), corresponding to the period from 2:51 UTC on November 20, 2023, to 1:54 UTC on November 26.
For all other products (including AER_LH NRTI), the production has been nominal and thus they have not been impacted by the problem.
A reprocessing of the data is planned; the defective products will be removed from the CDSE and replaced with the corrected new data.
Users will be notified as soon as the reprocessing process is completed.
