DESCRIPTION

The RAD_MAN_INT_03 algorithm computes brightness surface temperature at both 23.8 GHz (channel 1) and 36.6 GHz (channel 2) frequencies, averaging/interpolating the 7 Hz radiometer brightness temperatures to the 1 Hz altimeter time-tags.
