Minimize SRAL L1 and L2 Processing Baseline

The following table summarises the evolutions of the processing baseline used to process S3-A altimetry data since July 2016, end of commissioning phase.

Reference is made to the product notices issued for each release (available on Sentinel Online, in the Altimety document library.
