Following the announcement yesterday, the Copernicus Data Hub service performance is back to nominal as of 11 June 2019 at 14:30 UTC. Investigation revealed that the root cause was a network anomaly that has been fixed.
The Copernicus Data Hub web portals will be unavailable on 13 June 2019 from 13:00 to 14:00 UTC.
On 10 and 11 June 2019, the data hub access points will experience degraded response times and occasional service interruptions.
The Sentinel-3 Pre-operations Hub will be decommissioned on 19 June 2019.
Due to a scheduled power outage at the CLS data centre on 4 June 2019, some of the Copernicus Sentinel-3 SRAL NRT L1/L2 data acquired on this day are missing.
