Following the issue reported on 16 July, we are pleased to report that Copernicus Sentinel-5P SO2 OFFL product quality has been restored, and publication resumed from orbit 19403. HCHO OFFL products will be published soon starting from orbit 19488.

Due to planned maintenance on 19 July for the Copernicus Sentinel-2 ground segment level, several L2A products have not been generated.

A publication delay of both Near Real Time and Offline Copernicus Sentinel-3 products started at approximately 00:00 UTC on 15 July 2021.

A maintenance activity on the Copernicus Sentinel-5P Ground Segment is planned on Tuesday 27 July 2021 between 05:00 and 11:00 UTC for security maintenance activities.

Due to a ground segment issue the Sentinel-5P SO2 and HCHO OFFL products from the orbit 19258 have a reduced quality not evidenced by the quality flags.

Due to an issue occurred at PDGS level, the Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3A and Sentinel 3B OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Level 1 and Level2 products starting from around sensing time 14-07-2021T23:30 UT to 15-07-2021T05:30 UT (Sentinel 3A orbits 28165/28167/28168/28169 and Sentinel 3B 16774/16775) may be been partially missed, degraded or delayed.

Since 2016, the Sentinel Success Stories series has published articles on Sentinel Online, featuring how data from the Copernicus Sentinel missions are used by different organisations for a wide range of applications and services, such as atmospheric monitoring, ocean quality, disaster monitoring, sea ice studies, forestry, agriculture, water quality and more.

A maintenance activity has been scheduled on Sentinel Online on 13 July, from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC.

As a consequence of a Copernicus Sentinel-2A collision avoidance manoeuvre executed on 27th of June, several products have not been generated on sensing orbits 31409 and 31410.

Multiple ground segment contingencies occurred between 3 - 5 July, preventing the generation of several Copernicus Sentinel-2 products.
