As a consequence of a network contingency on 10 May, about 35% of Copernicus Sentinel-2A products from sensing orbit 25498 to 25515 and Copernicus Sentinel-2B products from sensing orbit 16589 to 16609 were not generated.

Collision avoidance manoeuvres are being executed on Copernicus Sentinel-1B to reduce the risk of collision with an unknown object, potentially occurring at 10:20 UTC on 11 May.

The restoration service of the Copernicus Sentinel-2 long term archived products will be temporarily suspended on 4 May starting from 06:00 UTC due to a planned maintenance at ground segment level. The service will be resumed by the end of the same day.

Related to the quality degradation of Copernicus Sentinel-5P data announced in the related news, the parameter qa_value for filtering the data, as recommended in the Product Readme Files, will not remove the data with degraded quality.

A change has been made in the time duration of the Copernicus Sentinel-3A/3B SLSTR L2 NTC user products. The new Copernicus Sentinel-3 Land PDGS Product Units Configuration document describes the configuration applied for the generation of the products at Land PDGS.

Last February, Argentina was struck with a severe storm that caused floods and damage. Data from the Copernicus Sentinel-1 mission helped to map the event, in ways which could assist crop insurers with occurred losses.
