The restoration service of the Copernicus Sentinel-1 long term archived products has been temporarily suspended for an infrastructure anomaly since 16:00 UTC, 31 January 2020.

Due to an issue at the Ground Segment level on 29 January, SLSTR Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3 data starting from sensing time (UT) 09:34:00 on 29 January to 06:40:00 on 30 January have been delayed.

Due to a ground segment anomaly on the afternoon of 28 January, which was fixed on the morning of 29 January, the nominal production of several Copernicus Sentinel-2A products from sensing orbit 24036 to 24041 and Copernicus Sentinel-2B products from sensing orbit 15122 to 15133 did not take place.

With reference to the news of 24 January, users are informed that the ground segment contingency has been fixed allowing the resume of the Copernicus Sentinel-2 Long Term Archive service as of 29 January at 8:00 UTC.
On 4 February Copernicus Sentinel-2 products will tag the new Processing Baselines 02.09 for Level-1C and 02.14 for Level-2A products.

With reference to the Product Notice S3.PN-STM-L1.07, S3A.PN-STM-L2L.09, a new processing baseline for Copernicus Sentinel-3 SRAL/MW products was released at the Land Centre at 12:20 UTC on 21 January.

The restoration service of the Copernicus Sentinel-2 long term archived products has been temporarily suspended as of the evening on 24 January due to a contingency that occurred at the ground segment level. This will prevent the retrieval of Copernicus Sentinel-2 offline products from all data hubs.

A maintenance activity on the core infrastructure hosting the data hub services, involving the update of the virtualization infrastructure, is planned on 28 January from 09:00 to 16:00 UTC.

Featuring how satellite data, such as those from the Copernicus Sentinel-1 and -2 missions, are being used to monitor infrastructure systems in urban areas.

With reference to the Product Notice S3.PN-SLSTR-L1.07, S3.PN-SLSLTR-L2.03 and S3.PN-SYN-L2.05, on 15 January a new processing baseline for Copernicus Sentinel-3 SLSTR and Synergy products was released at the Land Centre.
