A service downtime occurred on 3 November from 20:00 UTC to 4 November 12:00 UTC on the following access points:

On 30 October 2020, a powerful earthquake struck Turkey's western coast and the Greek island of Samos, causing extensive damage as well as casualties—the Copernicus Sentinel-1 mission was used to map the related co-seismic ground displacements within 24 hours, contributing to relief efforts.

Copernicus Sentinel-1 production has resumed nominally after a ground segment anomaly.

Data acquired between 2 November and 3 November will be available soon.

Dues to a ground segment anomaly no new Sentinel-1 products have been published since 2 November at around 10:00 am UTC.

A maintenance activity on the core infrastructure hosting the data hub services, involving the update of the virtualization infrastructure, is planned from 3 to 6 November from 07:00 to 16:00 UTC.

Due to an infrastructure issue that occurred on 27 October from 00:00 to 06:30 UTC, the Copernicus Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-3 products publication has been delayed on all the Copernicus Data Hub Services.

Due to a collision avoidance manoeuvre that took place between 22 and 23 Ocotber, some Copernicus Sentinel-2A planned acquisitions have been lost.

As a consequence of maintenance activity executed on the Copernicus Sentinel-3B spacecraft on 7 October from 09:17 to 09:55 UTC, reduced data quality for all the SRAL related user products should be expected for data sensed during this period.

Due to a planned maintenance on the Copernicus Sentinel-3A SLSTR instrument executed on 14 October, all related user products will be degraded (IR channels) from 09:20 to 10:35 UTC.

Due to an issue at Ground segment level , the Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3A OLC, SLSTR, SRAL Level 1 and Level 2 products from sensing time 22-10-2020T05:30:00 to 07:00:00 UTC have been missed.
