Due to an issue occurred at Payload Data Ground Segment level on 2 December 2018, Copernicus Sentinel-3A SRAL Level 1 and Level 2 Short Time Critical products from sensing time 01-12-2018T01:50:23 UTC to 01-12-2018T23:50:00 UTC will be delayed.

Due to an anomaly occurring at the Svalbard ground station on 1 December 2018, the following Copernicus Sentinel-3A & 3B user products in NRT are missing:

  • Sentinel-3A: passes from 14522 to 14524 (from sensing time 2018/12/01 02:29 UTC to 2018/12/01 07:43 UTC) 
  • Sentinel-3B: passes from 3128 to 3131 (from sensing time 2018/12/01 01:49 UTC to 2018/12/01 08:45 UTC) NTC user products will be available.

Infrastructure Security Maintenance activities are scheduled across the Data Hub Services on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, 28 November
  • Thursday, 29 November
  • Tuesday, 11 December
  • Wednesday, 12 December.

Users are informed that publication of Copernicus Sentinel-3A SLSTR NRT products is delayed on the Sentinel-3 PreOps Data Hub from 22 November 2018 at 14:26 UTC.

Copernicus Sentinel-1B was unavailable on 26 November 2018 from 09:58 to 11:43 UTC, due to the need to perform a reset of the on-board PDHT memory.
Due to an anomaly occurred during a Copernicus Sentinel-3B planned spacecraft manoeuvre performed on 22 November at 22:20 UTC all NRT/NTC SLSTR user products could be degraded or missing from sensing time 2018-11-23 00:22 UTC to 2018-11-23 08:53 UTC.
Due to three consecutive Copernicus Sentinel-3B planned spacecraft manoeuvres performed on Tuesday 20 November 2018 (UTC times 13:05 to 13:16; 14:46 to 14:58; 16:27 to 16:39) all NRT/NTC SLSTR user products could be degraded or missing from sensing time 2018-11-20 11:52 UTC to 2018-11-20 20:11 UTC.

Users are informed that the Data Hub software will be updated to a new version according to the following schedule:

  • Open Access Hub: Tuesday, 20 November 2018 from 08:30 UTC to 16:00 UTC
  • Copernicus Service Data Hub: Wednesday, 21 November 2018 from 08:30 UTC to 16:00 UTC.
On 21 November 2018, a new Processing Baseline (02.11) will be deployed for Copernicus Sentinel-2 Level-2A products.
