Copernicus Sentinel-1A was unavailable on 9 September between 08:50 and 11:05 UTC, due to a SAR anomaly.

Due to an issue at Ground Segment level on 15 September at 23:50 UTC, all Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3A and Sentinel-3B data starting from 18:52:05 UTC are missing.

Due to an issue occurring at Ground Segment level on 31 August at 15:00 UTC, OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Near Real Time data have been affected.

Due to an issue at Ground Segment level on 7 September at 15:00 UTC, OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3B data starting from sensing time (UTC) 2020-09-07T14:40:00 to 21:18:00 are missing.

We are pleased to announce the public release of the Copernicus Sentinel-3 Fire Radiative Power products to be processed in NTC timeliness, contained in a new processing baseline 2.70-A and 1.46-B.

With reference to the news of 12 August, the final resolution of the ground segment anomaly was implemented on 13 August. The related missing Copernicus Sentinel-2B Level-1C and Level-2A products have been recovered.

Due to an anomaly at the Svalbard ground station on 11 August 2020, the processing of a number of Copernicus Sentinel-2B acquisitions downlinked over the station could not be performed in real-time and will be recovered offline.

A series of maintenance activities affecting data hubs will be carried out during August and September.

Due to a planned maintenance executed on the Copernicus Sentinel-3A spacecraft on 2 September 2020, SRAL and SLSTR data are impacted in the following UTC sensing time intervals on 2 September:

  • SRAL data degradation is expected from 08:24 to 08:58
  • SLSTR data degradation is expected from 08:24 to 10:47

Due to a Copernicus Sentinel-3A OLCI scheduled calibration, instrument data from sensing time 09:04:14 to 09:05:24 UTC on 26 August 2020 are unavailable.
