As reported in the news of 11 June, the Copernicus Sentinel-3 Pre-operational hub will be decommissioned today, 19 June 2019. Copernicus Sentinel-3 production will continue to be available on the Open Access Hub.

Due to a ground segment anomaly that occurred in the night between 17 and 18 June, the production of several Copernicus Sentinel-2 products on the Data Hubs is delayed.

To reduce the impact reported in the news of 4 June, Synergy Short Time Critical (STC) products will be published in place of degraded SYN products. Production will begin on 17 June 2019.
ESA is pleased to announce that a change in the Copernicus Sentinel 5P operations scenario towards an increased spatial resolution, from 7 km to 5.5 km a-long track for all measurements, is under preparation and planned to become operational starting from 6 August 2019.

Following the announcement yesterday, the Copernicus Data Hub service performance is back to nominal as of 11 June 2019 at 14:30 UTC. Investigation revealed that the root cause was a network anomaly that has been fixed.

The Copernicus Data Hub web portals will be unavailable on 13 June 2019 from 13:00 to 14:00 UTC.

On 10 and 11 June 2019, the data hub access points will experience degraded response times and occasional service interruptions.

The Sentinel-3 Pre-operations Hub will be decommissioned on 19 June 2019.

Due to a ground segment anomaly on 6 June all Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3B data related to orbit# 5801 Level 1 and Level 2 data belonging to sensing time 12:58:00 to 14:37:00 are delayed.
Copernicus Sentinel-1B was unavailable from 6 June 2019 at 23:09 UTC to 7 June 2019 at 07:25 UTC, due to a SAR anomaly.
