Finland and ESA have signed the Cooperation agreement in January 2015. Finland will set-up a Sentinel data mirror site and employ its acquisition station in Sodankyla to acquire Sentinel data directly from the satellite.

France and ESA signed the Cooperation agreement in March 2015, and updated it with further initiatives in July 2022. France has set-up a Sentinel data mirror site and employs acquisition stations in Brest, Toulouse and Thermopylae to receive Sentinel-1 data by listening in, on a non-interference basis, to the ESA X-band core station downlinks.

Germany has set up a Copernicus data and Exploitation Platform – Deutschland (CODE-DE) as a national Copernicus mirror site. Additionally Germany is receiving directly Sentinel-1 data via its acquisition station in Neustrelitz and is involved in the optical data relay service.
