Ice rubble drift

Title: Copernicus Sentinel-2 catches ice rubble drift

Description: This false-colour Copernicus Sentinel-2 image, acquired on 25 May 2016, features ice rubble traveling on top of the water running through the Lena River, in Russia. This part of the river is situated in Siberia, where the ground is rich with permafrost. Therefore, apart from meandering river features, an abundance of shallow thermokarst lakes is present, next to the river.
