Offline products restoration in Data Hubs temporarily suspended

The restoration of offline products in the Data Hubs is temporarily affected by an anomaly since 26 November 2020 at 11:00 UTC. Orders are queued but not processed.

The operations team is working to restore the service as soon as possible.

Requests in the queue will be gradually processed as soon as the service is back to nominal.

Affected data access services are:

  • Open Access Hub (including API Hub)
  • Copernicus Services Data Hub
  • Collaborative Data Hub Node 1
