Copernicus Service Data Hub unavailability - 09 and 10 April 2018

Users are informed that due to a major power outage in Frankfurt, the Copernicus Services Data Hub has not been available since 19:45 UTC on 09 April 2018.

The incident has suspended the publication of the following products:

  • Sentinel-2B L1C
  • Sentinel-2A L2A
  • Sentinel-2B L2A
  • Sentinel-3A All instruments and product levels.

On all the Data Hub Services including:

  • Open Hub and API Hub
  • Sentinel-3 PreOps
  • Collaborative Data Hub Node 1, 2 and 3
  • International Access Hub.

Teams are working for restoring the service and publication flows and users will be informed as soon as nominal operations are resumed.
