Copernicus Sentinel-3A data unavailability from 13 May 2020

Due to a Copernicus Sentinel-3A SLSTR instrument anomaly occurring on 13 May and consequent recovery actions executed on the instrument all the related user products are unavailable or degraded in the following UTC sensing time intervals:

  • From 13 May 11:18 UTC to 18 May 16:58 UTC: VIS and IR channels are unavailable (instrument anomaly).
  • From 18 May 16:58 UTC to 22 May 00:02 UTC: IR channels are invalid and VIS channels may be degraded (recovery action).
