Copernicus Sentinel-3A and 3B data unavailability on 15 and 16 September 2020

Due to issues at Ground Segment level on 15 September at 18:30 and the 16 September at 15:30 UTC data was affected in the following time frames:

  • OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3A data  starting from sensing time around 15-09-2020 16:49 UTC until 16-09-2020 04:39 have been missed
  • OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3A data  starting from sensing time around 16-09-2020 11:24 UTC until 16-09-2020 14:43 have been missed
  • OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3B data  starting from sensing time around 15-09-2020 17:50 UTC until 16-09-2020 05:41 have been missed
  • OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3B data  starting from sensing time around 16-09-2020 10:45 UTC until 16-09-2020 14:04 have been missed.

Recovery is still ongoing and STC/NTC data will be available.

Normal processing has been restored.
