A service downtime occurred on 3 November from 20:00 UTC to 4 November 12:00 UTC on the following access points:
- Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub, Copernicus Sentinels POD Data Hub)
- Collaborative Data Hub Node1
- Copernicus Services Data Hub.
The downtime was due to an infrastructure incident that affected the local storage of the Virtual Machines. The issue has been fixed and the data access services have been restored to their nominal conditions.
