Data Hub maintenance in September 2017

A series of maintenance activities aiming to upgrade the infrastructure hosting the data hub services, are scheduled on:

  • Wednesday, 6 September 2017
  • Thursday, 7 September 2017
  • Tuesday, 12 June 2017

The maintenance will affect the data hubs according to the following programme:


Wednesday, 6 September 2017 from 09:00 CEST to 18:30 CEST

Affected Data Hub services:

During the maintenance window service interruptions might occur. The publication of new products will be temporarily delayed for all Sentinel missions.


Thursday, 7 September 2017 from 09:00 CEST to 18:30 CEST

Affected Data Hub services:

During the maintenance window service interruptions might occur. The publication of new products will be temporarily delayed.


Tuesday, 12 September 2017 from 08:00 CEST to 18:30 CEST

The maintenance on this date will see all the Data hub Services contemporarily down for the whole maintenance period.

Temporary access to the most recent 14 days of data from all missions will be available for all other users at the following URL:

http://tmphub.copernicus.eu/dhus using a guest account guestuser/guestuser

Affected Data Hub services:


Complementary access is available to the ESA/EU collaborative ground segment partners at the Collaborative Data Hub Node 2.
