Data Hub maintenance activities in November and December 2019

Infrastructure security maintenance activities are scheduled on the data hubs on 26 and 27 November, and 3 and 4 December. The following activities will take place:

26 and 27 November from 08:00 to 17:30 UTC

Activities on security are foreseen on the following data hub instances, causing the publication delay of all Copernicus Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-3 products:

Service interruptions might occasionally occur during the maintenance window on the Copernicus Services Data Hub instance.


3 December from 08:00 to 17:30 UTC

Service interruptions might occasionally occur during the maintenance window on the Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub and GNSS Rinex Pre-operational Hub).

The request and download of Copernicus Sentinel-2 products stored on the Long Term Archive (LTA) will be temporarily suspended.


4 December from 08:00 to 17:30 UTC

Service interruptions might occasionally occur during the maintenance window on the following data hub instances:

The International Access Hub and the Collaborative Data Hub - Node 2 and Node 3 will continue to be accessible to their registered users.
