Sentinel-5P TROPOMI Methane retrieval ATBD

The purpose of this document is to describe the algorithm baseline of the algorithm that will be used to retrieve the column average dry air mixing ratio of methane, XCH₄, from Sentinel-5 Precursor (S5P) measurements, the input and ancillary data that is needed, and the output that will be generated. In addition, information about expected calculation times, and the expected accuracy are provided.
