Sentinel-3A SRAL/MWR Test Data Set (TDS) L1B and Level 2 are available. These TDS have been generated from CryoSat data over ocean (Agulhas Stream), Ice cap (Antarctica) and Inland waters (Amazon basin) These TDS are compliant with the S-3 SRAL/MWR Level 1&2 Product Data Format Specification V1.11.

These TDS provide a good overview of what the future Sentinel-3 Altimetry mission products will look like.

The data are released as preliminary data set on an "as is" basis to be used only with appropriate caution as the Sentinel-3 products format and content are under finalisation. The data have not been subjected to the ESA quality control or quality assurance procedures and do not meet the criteria and standards of official ESA data. ESA reserves the right to revise the data format and content at any time pursuant to further analysis and review.
Neither ESA nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the data shall be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of this data.
The S-3 products files over Inland Water and Ice Sheet shall be nominally flagged as Land products in the filename with a Data Type ID equivalent to "LAN___" = Land products.
The present TDS are all flagged as Marine products with "WAT___" = Water products.
The L1 & L2 S-3 products will be disseminated with the length of a full orbit dump (in NRT) and half orbit (Pole to Pole for STC & NTC timeliness), however this TDS only provides a subset of these durations.
