An unscheduled service downtime occurred on 30 December 2019 from 09:00 to 13:45 UTC on the following access points:
The downtime was due to an infrastructure incident that has temporarily affected the NFS connections between the storage and the Virtual Machines. The issue has been fixed and the data access services have been restored to their nominal conditions.
