The publishing of Copernicus Sentinel-3B SLSTR Level-1 SL_1_RBT and Level-2 SL_2_LST reprocessed data has been concluded this week.

Due to a scheduled infrastructure maintenance on 18 January from 09:00 to 17:00 UTC, there might be delays in restoring Copernicus Sentinels products in offline status.

Sentinel-1A and Sentinel-1B are undergoing a routine external calibration campaign which scope is to further improve the system calibration for other modes than the IW VV+VH configuration used over landmasses

Copernicus Sentinel-1B was unavailable on 11 January 2021 from 11:07 to 12:52 UTC, due to a SAR antenna anomaly.

Users are informed that from 10:30 UTC to 12:30 UTC of the 11 January 2021, there will be a degradation of the service response times because of extraordinary maintenance activities on the Open Access Hub hosting site infrastructure. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Copernicus Sentinel-1B was unavailable on 5 January 2021 from 10:33 UTC to 17:01 UTC, due to a Payload Data Handling and Transmission (PDHT) sub-system anomaly.

New Sentinel Online launched

29 December 2020

The Sentinel Online website—main provider of scientific-technical information on the Copernicus Sentinel missions for the past eight years, has now taken a new dimension.

As a consequence of a ground segment contingency, the nominal availability of all Copernicus Sentinel-2 Level-2A products on 28 December between 00:00 and 14:00 UTC sensing time was prevented.

Several Data Hub services are suffering an infrastructure issue since today 22 December 2020 at 05:00 UTC.

Due to an issue that occurred at Ground Segment level, the Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3 OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Level 1 and 2 products starting from approximate sensing time 07:30 UTC on 22 December to 07:00 UTC on 23 December 2020 will be delayed.
