With reference to the news of 17 July, the Copernicus Sentinel-2 Long Term Archive service was resumed as of the evening on 24 July.

An infrastructure maintenance will be performed on the International Access Hub on 4 August  from 08:00 to 10:00 UTC.

The Copernicus Sentinel-1 POD configuration will evolve by end of July 2020 to improve the orbital accuracy of Sentinel-1 PRE, NRT and NTC products by correcting the GPS Antenna Reference Point (ARP) location. The impact on the POD was identified by the CPOD Quality Working Group (QWG), by the presence of non-negligible empirical forces and significant differences between Sentinel-1A and Sentinel-1B, but a thorough investigation was necessary to identify the root cause of it. The new ARP values are documented in the Sentinel-1 Properties for GPS POD document.

The recent development of MasTer tool – an InSAR automated Mass processing toolbox for multidimensional time series, is making a difference in the systematic and automatic use of Copernicus Sentinel-1 data for ground deformation monitoring.

As a consequence of a ground segment contingency, the restoration of Copernicus Sentinel-2 long term archived products is temporarily suspended as of yesterday evening.

In agreement with the European Commission, a new definition of the geographical coverage of the Copernicus Sentinel-3 Altimetry Level-2 products has been recently defined.

With reference to the recent news for upcoming changes to the Copernicus Sentinel-5P products, the new processor has been transferred into operations on 16 July 2020.

Due to an issue at ground segment level on 14 July 2020, OLC, SLSTR and SRAL Near Real Time Copernicus Sentinel-3A data starting from sensing time 08:37:00 until 10:37:00 UTC (orbit 22953) on 14 July have been missed.

A maintenance activity on the core infrastructure hosting the data hub services, involving the update of the virtualization infrastructure, is planned on 15 July 2020 from 07:00 to 16:00 UTC.

With reference to the news on 13 July, the Copernicus Sentinel-1 data flow has been re-established.
