Users are informed that the availability of Sentinel-2 products in the data hubs is delayed as of 05 February 2018.

Based on the current analysis at the ground segment level, the delay is due to the ongoing maintenance on the D-HUS infrastructure, resulting in the degraded performance of Sentinel-2 product dissemination to the data hubs. There has been an ongoing investigation on the network side to fix this issue as soon as possible.
