With the successful launch of Sentinel-2, a major upgrade of the Copernicus Scientific Data Hub is foreseen for providing access to the Sentinel-2 products.

The date for opening the access to the users will be decided during the Sentinel-2 In-Orbit Commissioning Phase Review (Launch + 3 months).

The upcoming Data Hub releases will ensure that the respective missions do not impact each others performances.

A new Graphical User Interface will be implemented, together with other improvements (e.g. performance of the search queries).

In the following weeks a few interruptions may occur, nevertheless an overall daily availability for data download will be ensured.
