Network incident on the Data Hubs
Network incident on the Data Hubs
24 July 2019
A network switch failure occurred today, from 11:50 to 12:20 UTC causing a downtime of the following services:
- Open Access Hub (including API Hub and GNSS Rinex PreOps Hub)
- Copernicus Services Data Hub
- Collaborative Data Hub Node 1
At 12:20 the services were restored by routing the traffic to the secondary network switch.
Though the Hubs are now available, the incident is currently still affecting the services by causing poor performance times and slow download speeds.
The incident is under investigation. An update will be provided as soon as the failures are isolated and a schedule for service recovery is available.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to your activities.
