Infrastructure maintenance activities on the core infrastructure hosting the data hub service have been scheduled on the following dates:

• Maintenance 1: 24 June
• Maintenance 2: 25 June
• Maintenance 3: 26 June to 27 June.

The maintenance will affect the Data Hub services according to the following programme:

Maintenance 1: Monday, 24 June from 06:30 to 11:30 UTC
During the maintenance window no service downtimes are foreseen, however it is expected a performance degradation on the search and download functions on the following data hub services:

• Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub and GNSS Rinex Pre-operational Hub)
• Collaborative Data Hub - Node 1
• Copernicus Services Data Hub

Maintenance 2: Tuesday, 25 June from 07:00 to 15:30 UTC
During the maintenance window no service downtimes are foreseen, however it is expected a performance degradation on the search and download functions on the following data hub services:

• Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub and GNSS Rinex Pre-operational Hub)
• Collaborative Data Hub - Node 1
• Copernicus Services Data Hub

Maintenance 3: from Wednesday, 26 June 12:00 to Thursday, 27 June 12:00 UTC
During the maintenance window the following Data Hub Services will not be accessible:

• Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub and GNSS Rinex Pre-operational Hub)
• Collaborative Data Hub - Node-1
• Copernicus Services Data Hub

The International Access Hub and the Collaborative Data Hub Node-2 and Node-3 will continue to be accessible to their registered users however, the publications of the NTC products will be suspended for the whole duration of the maintenance window. The Sentinel-1 NRT products will continue to be published on the Collaborative Data Hub Node-2.

A temporary access hub will be activated for providing access to the last two weeks of Sentinel Data without registration.
