Copernicus Data Hub services restored to nominal operations

The infrastructure incident on the Data Hubs, which occurred at 05:00 UTC on 22 December 2020 has been fixed.

The infrastructure incident on the Data Hubs, which occurred at 05:00 UTC on 22 December 2020 has been fixed.

All Data Hub Services have restored their nominal operations.

The incident was caused by an issue on the network devices hosting the data hub services.

The following Data Hub Services experienced a period of downtime:

  • Open Access Hub (including APIHub and POD Data Hub): from 08:00 UTC to 21:30 UTC
  • Collaborative Data Hub - Node 1: from 08:00 UTC to 17:05 UTC

The Sentinel-1 NTC and NRT data publication on all the Data Hub Services was restored at 19:20 UTC on 22 December.

The publication of Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-3 products on all the Data Hub Services was restored at 08:00 UTC on 23 December.
