Unscheduled service downtime on Copernicus Data Access Hub

A service downtime of the Copernicus Data Access Hub is currently ongoing since 00:00 UTC, 27 May on the following access points:

  • SciHub and API Hub
  • Copernicus Services Data Hub
  • Collaborative Data Hub Node 1.

A service downtime of the Copernicus Data Access Hub is currently ongoing since 00:00 UTC, 27 May on the following access points:

  • SciHub and API Hub
  • Copernicus Services Data Hub
  • Collaborative Data Hub Node 1.

The downtime is due to an infrastructure incident that is temporarily affecting the NFS connections between the storage and the Virtual Machines.
The operations team is working for restoring the service to its nominal operations as soon as possible.
A temporary access hub has been activated for providing access to the last two weeks of Sentinel Data without registration.

The Collaborative Data Hub - Node 2 and Node 3 are available but products publication is temporarily suspended except for Sentinel-1 NRT products.
The International Access Hub is available but products publication is temporarily suspended.
The Sentinel-5P PreOps and the POD Hub are working nominally.
