A ground segment network incident occurred on 28 June 2019 from 09:25 to 13:15 UTC affecting the dissemination services as follows:
- Publication of new products was temporarily delayed for all missions and services

Poor performance response times and downloads may have been experienced on:
- Open Access Hub (including API Hub)
- Copernicus Services Data Hub
- Collaborative Data Hub Node 1
- GNSS Rinex Hub
The root cause was identified and fixed.
