Users are informed that the core data hub centre experienced a network incident on 27 March 2019 between 10:10 and 11:00 UTC.
As a result, the following dissemination services were unreachable:
- Open Access Hub (including API Hub, Sentinel-3 PreOps and GNSS Rinex PreOps)
- Copernicus Services Data Hub
- Collaborative Data Hub Node 1
While services are now back to nominal operation, the root cause of the incident is still under investigation.
