A blocking infrastructure incident at one of the data hub centres occurred on 01 March 2019 starting from 13:20 UTC leading to a downtime of the following dissemination services:
- Open Access Hub (including API Hub)
- Copernicus Services Data Hub
- Collaborative Data Hub Node 1
- Sentinel-3 PreOps
- GNSS Rinex PreOps
Commissioning services are also affected.
The publication of new products on ColHub Node 2 and Node 3 and on the International Access Hub is temporarily delayed.
The incident is under investigation with the on-site engineers. An update will be provided as soon as the failures are isolated and a schedule for service recovery will be available.
