Open Access Hub users are informed that a maintenance activity is scheduled on 27 and 28 August 2018 for upgrading the DHuS databases and software version on the following access points:
Publication of fresh data will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours starting from Monday, 27 August, at 13:00 UTC, until Tuesday, 28 August, at 15:00 UTC.
A temporary access hub will be activated to provide access to the last two weeks of Sentinel data without registration. The temporary data hub will be available at the following address: https://tmphub.copernicus.eu/dhus
During the maintenance period the service will be accessible for search and downloads with the exception of a downtime period of about three hours on 28 August starting from 9:00 UTC. New user registrations will also be temporarily suspended
Registered users will not be able to change their profile credentials (e.g password, e-mail).
Users are also informed that their shopping carts will be emptied.
Publication backlog will be gradually recovered during the hours following the conclusion of the maintenance.
