Users are informed that a blocking incident occurred today with a downtime of approximately 44 minutes from 08:18 to 09:02 UTC on the following Data Hub services:
- Open Access Hub (also including API Hub, Sentinel-3A Pre-operations Data Hub and GNSS Rinex Pre-operational Hub)
- Copernicus Services Data Hub
The downtime was caused by a network issue and the services were temporarily unreachable from the internet.
The software applications were not affected by the incident and the fetching and publication of the products continued nominally.
