Infrastructure upgrade activities: 23, 30 and 31 Jan 2018

In preparation for the next set of service infrastructure upgrades a set of maintenance activities are scheduled on:
- Tuesday, 23 January 2018
- Tuesday, 30 January 2018
- Wednesday, 31 January 2018
The maintenance will affect the Data Hub services according to the following programme:
Tuesday, 23 January 2018 from 07:00 UTC to 18:30 UTC
During the maintenance window the following Data Hub services will be unavailable:
- Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub and the Sentinel-3A Pre-operations Data Hub)
- Collaborative Data Hub - Node 1
- Copernicus Services Data Hub
The International Access Hub and the Collaborative Data Hub Node 2 will be available for queries and downloads, however the publication of new products will be suspended for the duration of the maintenance. The publication of the Sentinel-1 NRT products will be instead nominal.
30 and 31 January 2018 and from 07:00 UTC
During the maintenance window it is expected a performance degradation on the search and download functions.
The following Data Hub services will be affected:
- Copernicus Open Access Hub (also including API Hub and the Sentinel-3A Pre-operations Data Hub)
- Collaborative Data Hub - Node 1
- Copernicus Services Data Hub
The publication of new products will be temporarily delayed for all Sentinel missions.
