Plane orbit correction manoeuvres impacting Sentinel-3 data production

Due to plane orbit correction manoeuvres that started on 29 November 2017 from 09:13 to 09:27 UTC, the following Sentinel-3 production problems occurred:
- All SLSTR products from 09:08:25 UTC to 10:59:23 UTC are missing.
- A possible degradation of data quality encountered on SRAL products during the time frame of the manoeuvre.
- OLCI products should not be impacted as the instrument was not acquiring at the time.
