Sentinel-3 SLSTR data degradation

The Sentinel-3 SLSTR instrument entered standby refuse mode at 14:33:21 on 30 July 2017 due to infrared band unavailability, causing data degradation.

Investigation is ongoing and until further notice the data should be considered degraded.
