Following the Severity 1 Anomaly reported earlier today, we are pleased to announce that the restoration of the Data Hub systems has been successfully completed on 22 May 2017 with the following opening times:
- Collaborative Data Hub Node 1: 14:30 CEST
- Copernicus Services Data Hub: 14:30 CEST
- Open Access Hub (including also API Hub and Sentinel-3 PreOps): 15:00 CEST
- International Access Hub: 15:30 CEST
A minor backlog of products from the Sentinel production facilities remains to be published, the nominal timeliness for the data publication is expected to be achieved by mid-day Tuesday 23 May.
