Following the maintenance of 4 April, the self-registration function on the Open Access Hub has not been working properly since 5 April 2017, 14:51 UTC. New registered users might not succeed in logging in to the Open Access Hub even after a successful completion of the registration process.

Following the maintenance of 4 April, the self-registration function on the Open Access Hub has not been working properly since 5 April 2017, 14:51 UTC. New registered users might not succeed in logging in to the Open Access Hub even after a successful completion of the registration process.

As a preventive measure, the self registration function has been temporarily disabled since 14:30 UTC on 6 April 2017 and will be restored on Monday, 10 April 2017 at 08:00 UTC. During this period, the registered users will not be able to edit their profiles or modify their shopping cart.

An extra maintenance activity is scheduled on Friday, 7 April 2017 from 7:00 UTC to 15:30 UTC for fixing the issue.

During the maintenance window the Open Access Hub Service will be unavailable for queries and downloads.

However, in order to minimise the impact of the maintenance on users, all login activities on Open Access Hub will be automatically redirected towards API Hub, which will be temporarily activated with its graphical user interface. No action is required on the user side for modifying their scripts polling the Open Hub.

Users that have registered between 14:51 UTC (5 April 2017) and 14:30 UTC (6 April 2017) are invited to go through the registration process again following the reactivation of the registration function on Monday 10 April 2017.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this might cause to your activities.
