An upcoming special issue in Elsevier will report on the Sentinel-2 mission. In the spirit of Open Science, ESA funds - with the support of Elsevier - the open access for up to 24 papers which will be accepted within this special issue.
Special Issue: Science and Applications with Sentinel-2
The Sentinel-2 mission provides unprecedented observations with a systematic global coverage at 10 metres resolution allowing unmatched characterisation of dynamic surface processes from national to continental scales. This special issue calls for contributions reporting on the status of the mission, quality of the Sentinel-2 products and innovative research results based on Sentinel-2 observations.
